Book a demo
See picture day that runs on your own private system — and pays the school.
Tell us who you are and we’ll tailor the walkthrough: studios see the self-hosted pipeline and the dispatch/scheduling operator product; schools see the four-way split and the in-VPC face-find architecture — the design, not a running model, because AI is switched off today; photographers see the named cut and the clean roster. We’ll be honest about what’s built and what’s still being finalized.

What the demo covers
The privacy moat, by architecture
Pholio is self-hosted, and the face-find is designed to run inside a VPC you control rather than on a third-party AI cloud — that is the architecture, it is the differentiator, and you can audit it in your own deployment. Honest status: the face model is not deployed and AI is switched off, so no face-find is running anywhere today — in a VPC or otherwise. We would rather tell you that than let this page imply a capability you would go looking for. What is enforced right now is the consent gate: a sale requires a consent record, and that is a constraint in the database, not a step in a sales flow. AI switched off · face model not deployed
The split that pays the school
The four-way split and how the school’s named cut works. Final split percentages pending
The operator product
Dispatch and scheduling that runs picture-day operations, plus the single photo of record per student.
